During the week I stopped off too and from work at Kentish Town West, Harringay Park, Canonbury and Highbury and one lunch time took myself off to Gatwick.
On Saturday 11th I went down to King's Lynn and March in the afternoon, on our last weekend as residents of North Norfolk.
After my weekend in Latvia I spent a busy lunchtime on Mid-Summers day with a friend at Camden Road. Since then the weather has been very mixed, settling down towards the end of the second week of July into something which resembles summer.
After the fine weather of the third week of July the final week was more of a mixed bag. It started off well enough with a morning visit to Banbury on Saturday 23rd with a friend, Duncan, prior to his return to California on Monday. And with him went the hot weather!
More multiple units in coats of many colours on the Brighton Line, plus the late afternoon Barrington to Wembley at Ally Pally and Harringay.
On the last Saturday of July I spent the day in and around Newport, which was very productive. The following week was focused on intermodal trains diverted on account of the Banbury blockade.
After a week in Ireland I spent the bank holiday weekend in Wiltshire, with a Saturday morning at Micheldever thrown in.
